No. We sponsor both licensed and unlicensed
applicants. We will walk you through the
licensing process as part of your onboarding.
Manual review candidates are contacted within
1–2 business days. Most hear back the same day.
You immediately book a call and begin your
onboarding steps. You'll have your day-1
playbook, CRM access, and a point of contact assigned.
Correct. The sponsorship program is designed
to remove every financial barrier. You start
earning before you spend anything.
Live weekly sessions plus on-demand recordings,
scripts, objection handling guides, and a full
playbook — all accessible from day one.
Coach Financing is a structured payment program
so producers don't have to put thousands down to
start. A third-party lender covers half your tuition.
The Legacy Link covers the other half — and we recover
our half by netting 25% out of your commissions as you
produce. No personal guarantee on our half. The lender
payment runs roughly $200/mo while you ramp, and you'll
typically clear our half in about 5 months at a
conservative pace.
If you hit your weekly activity standard
(15 worked leads, 1 application, 1 Inner Circle
training) and your earned commissions don't cover
the $200, The Legacy Link will cover the lender
payment for you. You get up to two of these in your
first year. You're not punished for ramping.
Inner Circle is built for agents going full-time:
60 leads a month, 70% split, full system access.
Elite is the next tier — 90 leads, 80% split,
done-for-you content, and direct Kimora access.
Elite is by invitation, typically open to Inner
Circle graduates with a track record of consistent
production.
